Cancellation policy and withdrawal form for consumers

"Consumers" within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes, which can be attributed neither to his commercial nor his independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (XXL Tonträger GmbH, Schloßstr. 91a, 44357 Dortmund, e-mail address: info-xxltontraeger.de, telephone number: +49 231 1658242) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
